Our address is 2222 West Iowa Ave, Chickasha, OK 7301. We are located in western central Oklahoma, roughly 2 to 3 miles west of downtown Chickasha and 50 miles southwest of downtown Oklahoma City, which is about a 45 to 50-minute drive via I-44 East. We extend health services to surrounding areas in Grady County, including Anadarko (about 18 miles west), Blanchard, and Tuttle.

We accept most vision insurance plans and offer discounts to others that we may not be able to accept.

We have some great pricing for cash pay patients and we love to be of service and will adjust glasses at no charge.

At the Chickasha Vision Center, we specialize in the pre and post op care before and after laser vision correction and other eye surgeries.  The laser (LASIK and PRK) surgeries are performed in Oklahoma City but our patients only have to be in Oklahoma City for surgery day. After surgery, the patient returns to Chickasha Vision Center for a post op the day after surgery and then we usually see patients at about one week after surgery and then one month after surgery.
